Communication is Key: The Information You Need, at Your Fingertips

This summer, we’ll be talking about what makes The BARS Program so unique. From our targeted communication, to our robust reporting, to our total transparency, we provide the services our clients need to ensure that compliance is a given. 

 

We’ll dig deeper into the immense amount of data we provide to clients and how clients can manipulate that data depending on their unique situation, but first we want to share how we communicate this data. 

 

How We Communicate 

 

Every single day, we upload information about shopper/store visits into our system. If your store was visited, we send an email the following day to all contacts listed on the account. (Important! You can have as many people as you want on the email list. We only charge for visits, never for reporting services.) 

 

In the email, you’ll receive a link to your report. This will give you all of the details you need about whether the store visit resulted in a green or red card, who the shopper was, who the employee was, etc. (we’ll discuss this in more detail in a future blog, so stay tuned). Regardless of whether you had a visit that week, you’ll also receive a weekly history report every Wednesday morning. This will provide an overview of all past visits, so you can get a snapshot of where you stand in terms of successful compliance. 

 

We Want to Hear from You Too! 

 

Your visit emails and weekly emails are sent by a real, live human being. This means you can reply to the emails with questions, and you’ll get a quick, personalized response. 

 

Our communication methods have been developed over the course of 20 years in the business. We know that immediate follow-up on shopper visits as well as regular weekly reports combine to give our clients the most insight into their store or restaurant.
